3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ownbla and its owner from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site
4. Cost of Service
The Site and its services are free of charge excluding direct advertising with Ownbla. Some features of the Site may require user credits ("credits") to use.
5. Eligibility
You agree you are at least 18 years of age, have never been convicted of a criminal offence (as an adult in any country) for which a pardon has not been granted and not a registered sex offender (in any country).
6. Code of Conduct
By using, requesting to use, registering to use or paying to use this Site, you agree to not use this Site for the purposes of CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, FRAUD, PROMOTING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, HARASSMENT, SPAMMING, VIOLENT THREATS, RACISM, DISCRIMINATION, CREATING FAKE PROFILES, DESTRUCTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY or COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
7. Term; Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason.
